Government Homoeopathic Medical College, located in Chintamanrao Deshmukh Ayurvedic Mahavidyalaya Campus, Irwin Chowk, Dhantoli, Nagpur (Maharashtra), is one of the oldest and most reputed government institutions dedicated to homoeopathic education and healthcare in the state. Established in 1985, the college has been instrumental in promoting classical homoeopathy while integrating it with modern medical sciences.

The college is affiliated with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, and is recognized by the Central Council of Homoeopathy (CCH), New Delhi, as well as the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. It offers the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) program and also provides postgraduate (MD Homoeopathy) courses in selected specializations.

With a highly qualified teaching faculty, well-equipped laboratories, a dedicated hospital, and a rich library, the institution ensures holistic training for students. Courses Offered:

. BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery) – 5.5 years (including 1-year internship)

Eligibility Criteria

. Must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English

. Minimum 50% marks in aggregate (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates)

. NEET-UG qualification is mandatory as per AYUSH and NCH guidelines

. Candidate must be 17 years old on or before 31st December of the admission year

M.D. (Homoeopathy) Course:
