. 10+2 (Science stream) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English
. Minimum 50% marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST/OBC)
. Must have qualified NEET-UG as per AYUSH/NCH regulations
. Minimum age: 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission
